PARTICIPANTS AND PROGRAMS
Park 4D TV, Amsterdam
Park 4D TV from Amsterdam has been using electronic media for over twenty years to create “clear picture and sound”: from the early days of pirated broadcasting, using cable networks in Amsterdam, Berlin, New York and Rotterdam, now streaming programs 24 hours a day – Park4ever.

25 fps – Experimental Film and Video Festival, Zagreb
This festival is a reaction to the increasingly aggressive lobotomy of the global television and cinema repertoire, as well as to the disappearance of unprofitable cultural content from the media space. This phenomenon, cynically called “festivalization”, actually detects the interest and need of the audience for “different” and higher quality content. “25 fps” means the number of frames per second (frames per second) of the European PAL system, in contrast to the film which has 24, or the NTSC composition which has 30.

Luxury festival at the price of a film, Krško
The Luxury Cheap Film Festival wants to show short and low-budget productions of domestic and foreign authorial, experimental, alternative, activist films and videos, which are made in traditional or “garage” productions, in clubs, within non-commercial, experimental, author’s non-institutional productions.

Short Film Festival, Mostar
The Mostar Festival became the Short Film Festival, although it began in 2002 as the Amateur Film Festival, with the aim of promoting “short film” as a genre that is generally unknown in BiH, regardless of the level of professionalism. The focus of the festival remains on the “Amateur Program” to promote young authors from the region, giving them the opportunity to present themselves to the public, a place and time to meet, the opportunity to see other productions, and a little material help for further production and experience in the form of an award. In addition to this, the festival has a Retrospective Program, Student Program, Off Program, etc.

33 X AROUND THE SUN is a film based on the myth of Orpheus in Eurydice. It follows the story of a man who wakes up in a hospital one night and goes in search of his home. Wandering takes place on the night streets of an unnamed city, where the hero meets increasingly unusual characters: a dancer with insomnia, a couple of police officers from another dimension, a dog with a plan, and a film crew that is constantly disappearing. These characters push the jinak in various directions with their demands and he struggles to put together a true picture of what is happening around him.
This film makes a radical departure from current trends in British film, which is partly the result of the unconventional course of its realization, as well as extremely talented authors gathered around this project (actor Lars Rudolph, when the general public knows from the films RUN, LOLA, RUN, and PRINCESS AND WARRIOR Tom Tykwer and WREKMEISTER HARMONIES Bele Tarra, actress Eileen Walsh, who starred in Peter Mullen’s MAGDALENA SISTERS and Mike Figgis ’MISS JULIE, composer Patrick Fitzgerald of KITCHENS OF DISTINCTION, and others).

The television show ‘Videodrom’ showed an international experimental video film production on Croatian Radio and Television, presenting to the audience integral works from a somewhat neglected artistic field that otherwise has a strong tradition and rich heritage in Croatia. In the two years of broadcasting, about a hundred works from over 20 countries around the world have been shown, including works from Singapore, Canada, Argentina, Belgium, Iran, Sweden and Italy. Enthusiastic work with very little money has resulted in the establishment of quality cooperation with authors, distributors and producers from around the world, but also with many domestic and foreign institutions for contemporary art and new media. This was the main reason for founding the festival, which would follow the most modern aspirations in this very lively and active production, detecting new ideas, technologies and experiments.
